Jas works with Robert and is a recent convert to the joys of golf. It is uncertain whether his experiences at the 2010 Open will enourage or discourage him, but he will surely be back in 2011 to defend his Closest to the Pin title.

On his debut he quickly matched one of the longest standing records in Lawle Guby golf by taking a 10 at the 171yd 7th hole to equal the total set by Shandy in 2003.

Trivia: Jas is a native of Walsall, although his family originates in Alaska. He now lives in the manor house where 'The Ghosts of Motley Hall' was filmed in the 1970's.
