Lucy is married to Lawle Guby. Although a founder member of the Lawle Guby Open, she had not appeared since 2004.

However, she made a spectacular return in 2008 by finishing second and winning the Closest to the Pin contest.

She held a number of worst ever scores, but her absence from the Open has seen her lose many of these.

She doesn't hold the record for the best score on any holes.

Trivia: Adopted Robert's cat, Katie. Has since regreted this as the obviously maltreated feline has cost £1000's in medical bills. She is one of only two ladies, Dale being the other one, to win the Open.
