Paul is a crafty player, recording a 92 in 2007 to ensure an increased handicap for 2008 and then following it up with an 81 in 2008. Tactically he has played it just right and the Handicapping Committee will be much harsher in future.

Paul won again in 2019, despite the best efforts of the Handicapping Committee.
